replaced by:
- no floor in the lower level due to water coming in from the major rainstorm in June and the subsequent RUIN of our nice, soft carpet....

- the return of the LEAK from our upstairs shower into the basement, which we thought we had fixed with an $$ re-piping and new drywall project... since the leak is still happening, we have a guy coming to investigate WHY it's still happening- which involves taking down my kitchen cabinets... so dishes had to be taken out....
- the constant run of all our ceiling fans because the Air Conditioner is BROKEN!!!!!
