out and about

we've been taking good advantage of so many great family-fun activities around Cincinnati:

Parkys' Farm!

learning how apples are pressed into cider!

digging up potatoes in the garden

Glenwood Gardens!

she likes to do EVERYTHING all by herself!

our usual activity-  chasing after the girl running everywhere!

and she wants to do everything that her brother does, too!

Jason and Matt also went to see a live Veggie Tales show, which they say was great!  (the pictures didn't turn out so good, though...)  and we went to our community's Fire Station Open House this past weekend, as well. Jason learned how to crawl on his knees if there is smoke in a room AND practiced going out a window on a ladder.  and, of course, he had fun climbing on the real fire trucks.  (sorry we didn't have the camera with us...)

new adventures are all lined up for the rest of this month, maybe even the rest of this year!  hopefully I will keep taking a few moments to document our blessings!
